    Public SaaS pages: DPA, docs, changelog, support, CRM

    Published a draft Data Processing Addendum (countersigned copy on request; not attorney-executed), public docs, this changelog, a public support page, and a /modules/crm marketing page. CRM is a FIRMA capability in the product definition, not a standalone NEXUS CRM product.

    Checkout automatic-renewal consent

    California automatic-renewal consent now persists before Stripe Checkout. Independent verification returned a checkout.stripe.com session URL. No live card was charged in that test.

    Public privacy and terms

    Privacy Policy and Terms of Service remain on /privacy and /terms, including subprocessors, Plaid, Stripe, and the HIPAA/BAA request path for Enterprise.
