Every LLC requires a separate QBO subscription, login, and export. There is no native way to see all entities in one view.

How to migrate from QuickBooks to FIRMA

    Export Reports → All Reports → Excel from each QBO company

    Log into each QuickBooks Online company file. Go to Reports → All Reports → Export to Excel. Download the Chart of Accounts, Transaction List, and Open Invoices for each entity.

    Map your chart of accounts — QBO COA maps 1:1 to FIRMA

    QuickBooks and FIRMA use the same account types (Asset, Liability, Equity, Income, Expense). Your QBO chart of accounts imports cleanly with no remapping required.

    Import via .IIF or CSV

    In FIRMA, go to Settings → Import Data. Upload your QBO .IIF export or the CSV transaction list. FIRMA validates each row and flags exceptions before posting.

    Set up each QBO company as a FIRMA entity

    Each QuickBooks company file becomes one entity in FIRMA. Create entities under Settings → Entities. Assign the imported COA and transactions to each entity.

    Run your first consolidated P&L

    Go to Reports → Consolidated P&L. Select all entities. FIRMA eliminates intercompany transactions and renders a single multi-entity income statement with drill-down.
