FIRMA capability

CRM

Client relationships on the same record as proposals, contracts, invoices, and books.

FIRMA CRM is the 17hats-side of FIRMA: clients, pipeline, notes, and follow-up live on the same operating record as proposals, contracts, invoices, and the ledger. NEXUS CRM is not a standalone product. It is this FIRMA capability. This page describes the product definition. It does not claim a regulated certification and does not replace your CRM, legal, or accounting judgment.

What you can do

Built to the day-one bar a migrating user expects.

Client records

Store the people and companies you work with, with the context that invoices, contracts, and the portal already use.

Pipeline and follow-up

See open work, next steps, and status without exporting a spreadsheet or retyping the client into another tool.

Notes on the operating record

Keep relationship notes next to the proposal, contract, and invoice they belong to.

Connected to billing

A client in CRM is the same client on invoices, payments, and ledger review.

Filter, search, and sort

Work the list by status, owner, or recency so follow-up does not depend on memory.

Role-aware access

Client records follow the same workspace access rules as the rest of FIRMA.

Works across every entity

One login. Every company. Clean separation.

Client records are scoped per entity. Operators running several companies keep relationship history separated while working from one login.

FAQ

Is this a separate NEXUS CRM product?

No. Standalone NEXUS CRM was retired as its own product. CRM is a FIRMA capability: client records, pipeline, and notes inside NEXUS FIRMA.

Does CRM replace 17hats?

FIRMA is defined to cover the client-side work 17hats does, including CRM, plus the books QuickBooks does. This page markets that capability. It does not claim that every 17hats workflow is already live for every workspace.
